DIstrict Attorney refuse to file charges on K9 Officer Hampton stating it was just a bad Act of Behavior. Thus allowing him a clean record to spread his obvious Anger issues and Distrust to move on to another Police Department. You people are pathetic.

Just here to say that you’re all a POS. Came across the video of your former officer abusing K9 Azuul and multiple officers not doing anything about it. “Inappropriate but not abuse” gotta love the good ole boy system. Of course it was swept under the rug, typical dirty cop shenanigans. You’re all disgusting to say the least

We live leas than 10 blocks from the police HQ, which is right across from the Sheriffs Office, and people routinely shoot off fireworks on any holiday for hours and nothing is ever done about it. I’m tired of it. I get people want to “celebrate” but some people get up early and firing off ridiculously loud fireworks whenever you want for however long you want isn’t ok. Last 4th people were shooting them off from the middle of the road 4 blocks away from the police station. It shows nobody thinks anything will happen. The same reason I can’t remember ever seeing anybody pulled over for speeding downtown when I’m positive people travel 49 mph in a 20 mph zone.

Not true. I rescue animals and work with REAL dog trainers. You can train a K9 non-aggressively to get the bad guy. That's what you want. Not a dog that is no longer clear on how he is supposed to act going after anyone or another animal. I'll bet your farm that these wanna be's have a connection to dog fighting rings
I certainly hope so! AND the guy who said, "We're good. No witnesses". Sounds to me like a planned situation. I'd bet anything they have connections to dog fighting rings
Call the police number and ask. (704)638-5333
You should always dial 911 at the first sign of any trouble however, if circumstances beyond your control prevent you from contacting the proper authorities at the time then it can be reported later but here your question got somewhat vague, are you wondering about the legal aspect or for insurance reasons? Insurance doesn't necessarily have a limited statute but if your claim isn't reported immediately and accompanied by a corresponding police report, you can be denied service. As far as letting the police know of an accident, if there's been a collision or anything similar and any involved party had left the scene, it's considered a crime and handled as such. In which case there could be severe fines and jail time, hope this helps!
Start off by calling the police instead of Google Maps
That I am not sure of, today anyway.
There is not police impound. All the law enforcement agencies in Rowan County use local tow services to impound vehicles. You have to contact the agency the towed your vehicle for it's location.
Alot of people misinterpret the intent of Google's question & answer section, it's set in place to help people better understand the particular subject that you searched for, in this case the Salisbury City Police Department, therefore questions should be directly related to them. Please, don't take this the wrong way either, it is quite common that asymmetric topics be queried and perfectly understandable. I'm in no way redirecting your interest, I just wanted to let you know that it may be difficult for you to achieve your desired results since improper quizzical comprehension exists. The results of your proposed conundrum can possibly be satisfied by utilizing historical documents available through the local library or public records, usually available online! Hope this helps!
