Is there a disability for former paratroopers with injuries during there tour such as pinched nerves lower back pains that have disabled them later in life but was never recorded because they were told to suck it up if you have hurt yourself.

Unfortunately, if there is no documentation in the military record or civilian records within one year of discharge, the simple answer is no. However, if there are civilian records within a year of discharge, you have a shot. Contact your county VSO for more details.
