Good Morning, we do not participate with Humana insurance. To obtain a list of participating providers you can contact Humana insurance and they will let you know.

So sorry to hear the things you've been through and i will keep you Mrs Bishop in my prayers. Not sure if they perform the surgery but if you call the office they will direct you to the right doctor for that. As far as a second opinion, im sure they can help you with that. You do not need to have a referral, unless your health insurance requires for you to have a referral to see a specialists. Unfortunately, our office does not accept any form of Medicaid.
