How do you petition to have two US Citizens who have lived in Mexico come to the US, both have a FS240 with a Mexican Passport. They need to come to the US to be present to apply for a Social Security number. Both are over 18 and have lived in Mexico but are US citizens with a FS240. Father is here in the US, a US citizen but invalid. We want these to young adults to come to the US on a visit.
