Very lazy and disinterested salesmen, texted him and told him I was coming with my daughter to see a particular car in the morning I saw on there website and that I would be there within the next 2 hours, he told me it was no problem and will be expecting us. But once I arrived I was told that cars not even at the dealership and has been gone a long time ago even before I told him I was coming to see it meaning the salesmen told me to come see that particular car that he didn't even know was even available on site. Fortunately the dealerships manager said he will try to get it back from another dealership and to come back 2 hours later. When I went back, I ended up buying the car but the salesmen seemed upset we were even buying the car at all. All he wanted was to take a picture of us next to the car so he can pin it to his wall and made it seem like it was "required" in order to buy the car from him that we needed to take a picture. I would definitely never go back to him "Lumpy" or "Gumby" was his name. Told me to fill out and figure the paperwork out myself. Even on the test drive he was very short and bothered, and was irritated when any questions about the car or what insurance information is required or financial questions about the car loan were asked of him, had us sitting for over 2 hours while he was looking at his computer and acted like we should already know all these things, and that's how it is when you buy a car nowadays. The General manager fortunately gave a fair deal on the car and was transparent about things. So we got the car the same day and the financial guy that we signed paperwork with was very helpful and kind. But the salesmen was very unpleasant, and made the experience of buying the first car for my daughter very unpleasant.

ARE YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE GOING TO SIT AROUND PAYING THESES HIGH BILLS FOR TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS OR IS THIS FORD DEALERSHIP GOING TO STEP TO THE PLATE AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DECEPTION OF THESES FORD FOCUS VEHICLES YOUR CUSTOMERS GAVE TRUST AND PURCHASE FROM YOUR FORD DEALERSHIP DEPARTMENTS?? OR MUST WE MUST WAIT FOR THE RECALLS?

Be very careful dealing with Harrold Ford!!! Some of the employees have no idea what their talking about, and could give you the wrong information that could be very costly $$$$ I'm still trying to get my car fixed after I bought it with many problems 😟😕😞

Where are you coming from, Bob? If coming from the Roseville area, follow I-80 West and I-80 Business West to Exposition Blvd. in Sacramento. Take exit 9A from I-80BL. Continue on Exposition Blvd to Harrold Ford in Arden-Arcade. If coming from West Sacramento, get on I-80BL east and take exit 9A and continue down Exposition Blvd to Harrold Ford in Arden-Arcade.
Yes it is probably a bearing. Harold is a very honest business they will tell you straight what it is. I have purchased 4 vehicles over the years and they are the only ones I let service vehicles. It should not be too expensive to do the job if I am correct. Good luck.
