0 stars is what's needed for this place!!!!! 2020, tried to move into an apartment and was always told "none available". I knew several ppl that lived here and there were at least 3 that had been empty for awhile. Went on their website and it showed 5 apartments that were 'available' but they always told me there weren't any.. they had me fill out an application and I was told I would be called "if" one became available. Not 1 single call! I then called to follow-up on that application and was told someone from corporate would call me. For what? But that never happened either. Now when I go visit ppl I know who live there, those apartments are occupied by indians. I've recently even seen an older indian couple struggling to get up the stairs to the 2nd floor to the same apartment I knew was empty! The "new" manager just recently moved in 1 that was empty since 2020. The other one that I knew was empty, is now occupied by an Indian family as well. Seems as though they would only like for their own nationality to be rented to! Someone needs to be called. Ppl need places to live as well. While I will say it's not the nicest looking place (outside and in) to live at/in, one could fix up their individual apartment to call it their home "if" they weren't prejudice to others and would allow 'others' the chance to rent other than their own race. Yes I've heard mailboxes were broken into. If they'd invest in a security camera maybe this would deter those thieves! They threaten to tow vehicles whose tags are not even expired in their parking spaces that they assign but all along the back row of the property, where there's free parking, are cars with dust and webs on the wheels, some are wrecked and others look like they've been just dumped there so no one can find them. They need an overhaul on this management company and office staff who are rude and just plain ugly to ppl. Someone who cares about this property and its tenants need to buy them out and maybe there would be some equality to potential renters because right now (today 7/2022), it's NOT!!!!

Yup still bad. Better off renting a house.

I must say the five star rating! that I am giving Atrium Court apartments is solely due to the new management that we’ve, had for the past two years I’ve been a resident here for nine years at Atrium Court apartments here in Sacramento California and management right along with property owners, has sucked extremely bad in the worst way until Tina Navarro became our property management her, diversity and accessibility to the residents have been phenomenal and that is more than I can say for the property owners Who shows lack of care diversity and concern for the residence Tina is accessible 24 hours a day and in the last two years 365 days of the calendar year. I am extremely grateful for every effort that Tina has made to make the residents feel comfortable and safe on the property. whenever I have a problem, I take it directly to her and she tries everything with in her power to solve and resolve any issue. All praises to the most high God!

Wait list is maintained call every 2 weeks to a month
This apartment complex has a high turn over of staff in the office. They have lost our rent just about every month and make use scrabble to get proof from our bank. They're rude to the tenants and will threaten to evict people that speak up for themselves. Also there have been several shooting since I've been here. One day they brought a guy out in a body bag. This place looks nice but it not.
Income ,credit, length of employment
Are they
You have to go in to the office. It's government subsidized.....you won't get an answer here. Have bank account statements from checking and savings, at least 4 months. Six months current pay stubs or SSI/CASDI, etc. All SSN numbers and birth certificates for all dependents.. including for EVERYONE living in the apartment. And current registration and insurance for all vehicles. You will also need $45 per adult for credit/criminal check and a couple hundred dollar deposit to save your spot in line. Be advised they will run your info at least yearly for income verification. If your income goes up, so does your rent.
Please call the office directly. I wish I could I could help you; however, I'm not in charge of that property. _Charlotte
