There is constantly a problem. Parking is a huge one. Mishaps to our vehicles by other residents is a big problem. The property manager doesn’t do anything but give excuses. They don’t have surveillance in the parking lot and that is her same excuse every time we address something. But scratches and dents to our car we are supposed to turn a blind eye on? The Management at these apartments are absolutely terrible especially for a resident that’s been there for years. This is on behalf of my family that lives there. I’ve called the manager a few times and she’s given me attitude every time. Terrible customer service. Terrible solutions to our issues if any solution comes up honestly. Unprofessional and we definitely don’t appreciate the way our concerns are being handled.
