The maintenance and office staff are friendly and efficient., Any issue I’ve had which has only been minor; (light bulbs needing changed, air filter needing change) little things like that. The maintenance man was so nice, great attitude as he made the repairs I needed. So far living in these apartments has been an okay experience. The parking spaces are too damn close to each other, and they are a little hood. I’ve heard more than a few altercations in the 1 year that I’ve been living here. Ive had no issues personally, but it would be great to not hear any drama and fighting., Otherwise than that I have zero complaints; they keep the grounds clean and the lawns manicured. These apartments are nice and spacious inside, very comfortable, I feel at home for the most part.

I have just moved in and everyone has been just wonderful! I know I will be very happy making this my home. The staff is very patient and helpful. The grounds are beautiful! Very well kept. I would recommend Natomas Park to anyone looking for a great place to live.

They might not sure but they really not the best apartments being honest
I think so just call information and ask them or Google them, they're a company they should have another number.
They always have apartment available, it's a big complex.
