I’ve been calling for days now and no answer at all plus I’ve even left a message for someone to answer the phone within the 2 days the claim !!! The worst department I’ve ever felt with .

Terrible. Extremely slow service and always a very long wait on the phone to reach someone, who will say there is nothing they can do. Awful. Total waste of taxpayers money.

Everything is not the pandemics fault! Sent documentation over three months ago to correct and error. Can't get my Real ID or passport without it! Get it together!

It can take 6 to 8 weeks to receive any document from the department of health services-vital records.
