The people who work in this place are not friendly at all and are not available to help customers I hate this place they are very rude they should find something to improve their service or change the workers for people who do like working

The lady that helped me today was horribly rude and unprofessional. A line waiting, no acknowledgement as people walked in, turns around without saying anything and walks out for a smoke break and opens the bathroom door like we can't all see that she just went out the back door. Comes back in wreaking of cigarettes and acts like everyone in line is inconveniencing her by being there. I would never come back to this location.

Manager is very rude and impatient instead of her helping you. She gives you attitude. Every time I come in to this store it never fails.

Older lady in the store had me waiting several minutes before she decided to stop what she was doing to help me out with my Amazon drop off. I was having a bit of an issue where my phone was completely dead and I was unable to pull up my scan code from my email. Older lady said the internet was down, so I asked if I could use her phone to pull up the email so she could scan the code. Nope. Thanks for trying to help...sheesh. Anyway, another younger lady came in to begin her shift and she was slightly helpful. She said there was another UPS store down the street. Great. Do not come to this location.
