Did terrible job on my carpet shampoo, when he told me he was finished & I went to get in my vehicle. I Noticed the drivers side looked the same. When I pointed it out to him, he apologized and said oh I'm sorry, I forgot!...lol, really? After finishing, it actually just looked like my vehicle had only been vacuumed, need better stronger products, all stains was still visible...and it was normal stains, nothing drastic! Did he use straight water without any solutions? That's what it appeared like.
