Always issues with this company they’ve done nothing to help either they’ve even been changing labels causing me to loose shipments be careful with ups in Stockton customer service is 1/10 shocking for such a big company right? just living up to the corporate standards this place is a joke.

I’m very disappointed. This is the second time I have experienced an “attempted delivery” notice through email but no one actually showed up. I’ve been home all day, dogs didn’t bark and no one showed up on the camera during the so called time of the “attempted delivery”. Please be honest. I hope my item is delivered soon. My tracking said UPS tried to deliver my package and no one was home. They also stated that they left their delivery note. I have been home all day with no UPSeven shown on my house cameras. After finally getting through there robotic answering service and speakink to someone. I was told I would get a call back. Here it is 730, no call, no package..

You can use the UPS drop box.but make it sure is prepaid label.

That's a good question we should ask someone about this because I've seen it before . I'll ask the office or customer service
Interesting question... because you are in control of how quickly your item can ship you would just need to pay for the premium shipping and you could have the item arrive the very next day. Without more information it is a very open-ended question that would likely be impossible to answer.
