Pacific Video and Audio gave THE WORST customer service we've ever experienced. First off, we went in October to get a quote for a car stereo and navigation for my VW Tiguan. We were quoted $700 for parts and install. When we came in a few weeks later to make the purchase, they charged $400 more with no explanation. We waited almost a month for parts. We'd call about status and for days, they didnt answer the phone. No outgoing msg or ability to leave one. We finally got ahold of them and they put us off for another 3 days, saying the part would be in the next day. No call. We try again to get ahold of them. They say they have the part ,come in the next day. They call back later that day to cancel. We made an appt for the following Monday.I go in the following Monday, and the old man behind the counter asked for my receipt Didnt have it, didnt think Id need it. I told him Juan called to make the appointment, He said I don't know you. You could be anyone! I gave him our name to look it up, and he refused to do so! He yelled at me, told me I was wrong not to bring in the receipt, and yelled and talked down to me. He refused to help me!I was forced to go home and get the receipt. This occurred in a lobby full of men. He put on a show that was very misogynistic. I finally got the install after a morning full of misery. I DO NOT. RECOMMEND Pacific Audio under any circumstances, especially for women. The old man behind the counter made a show of not helping me, and making me feel like I was trying to scam them. 0 stars

I had some crackle in my speaker so Decided to fix it. Juan was helpful in making an appointment for my car on my day off and letting me know the price before they started working on the car. I decided to get the works - two front speakers and two 6x9’s in the back. I’m always playing music or Bible studies so I need my audio nice and clean. Thanks Pacific Car Audio.

Excellent service, Their work is nice and clean. Juan laid out all my options with out any pressure. I'm really pleased with the results and my system ROCKS!!! I will defently refer this shop and look forward to future business.
