I would not go anywhere else for hearing aids! The staff is so professional, and being a teaching institution, they are up on the very latest in hearing tests and hearing aids. Dr. Gail is so personable, and very helpful in explaining things to my level of understanding. I highly recommend the University of Pacific Hearing and Balance Center!!

I have been going to the UO Hearing and Balance Center for a number of years. I find Dr. Gail an outstanding audiologist. She is very knowledgeable and has an awesome doctor/patient rapport. She listens and has much empathy .with her patients. I also loved the manager, Lily. I’m sad she recently retired. She will be difficult to replace.
