I took my vehicle back in October, yes they were friendly they called me when they found out what the problem was so I can authorize the repair. I got it fixed, took it home and it shut off on me while I was driving. I called my brother in law to come look at it and one of the parts was not put on properly. So I take it back and let them know that the part was loose so if they can fix it. I picked it up they had told me they topped the fluids for me so that was nice of them. I was not working at the time so I was not driving as much. I finally started working and my starter needed to be replaced. I took it to another mechanic to get that fixed. Then one day it started sounding the same way as when I first took it to guarantee. So I got it diagnosed He told me it might have too much oil in it. So I had a mechanic look at it and sure enough the dipstick was full of oil. It was drained and wow. I also found that the vacuum they supposed to fix was not even properly put on. So they took it off and tightened it and put it back on. Now my vehicle runs smooth. I took it to guarantee because they had worked on my daughter's car and they did a great job. Yes they are friendly. I'm just disapointed and I won't ever take my vehicle back. This is the picture of all the oil that was drained yesterday. Update: I had to buy another car and nobody has contacted me.

Gotta talk to corporate because he's just following protocall but i wouldn't go to them unless you have all of your money up front by law after 14 days they can put a lean on your car and they charge storage fees $34 a day.If you can't pay get a lawyer and try and take them to court if your car is worthed.They try to sell my car.I just went through what your going through.Is the car yours or are you paying it off
