Eventbrite is not responding to us regarding a bogus event listing our venue as the site of the event. Buyer beware. They don’t seem to care that people are being scammed.

It was very nice. Took my Mom out for the Brunch cruise. Bottomless mimosas. The food was delicious πŸ˜‹. We had a great time.

Horrible horrible company. Our event was cancelled but we were never notified by Eventbrite or the organizer. We found out about it from the Facebook event page. I contacted Eventbrite and they said to go to the organizer. Well guess what the organizer filed bankruptcy in March and rescheduled the event to a date after which refunds were not possible. I went back to Eventbrite and they said sorry nothing they could do. I found out today that these con artists have a form to fill out to get a refund. Their terms make it all but impossible to get a refund, this form was not there when I called the first time. NEVER EVER use these con artists. It sucks because some events and groups I am a part of use these grifters. I refuse to give a single penny of my money to them. Looks like I will miss out on stuff for the groups I am with.

I need to speak to a live person at Eventbrite. Our event was postponed and we need to get the payout. The phone numbers don't work. Is Eventbrite still in business?

Yes, I think they are avoiding addressing customers. My event hasn't been rescheduled, so there should be a refund. No one emails back, or picks the phone up.

The event I bought tickets for was cancelled. How long do I wait for a refund??? I bought the tickets dec 8 and it’s now dec 24.....I sure could use that money for Christmas gifts...

I organize Cannabis Educational events and have used Eventbrite for all my past events ticket sales. I have heard of Cannabis Events getting their EB event page closed because it was related to cannabis, does this apply to educational only events?
