I'm sick of this place leaning over. Meatballs roll off my plate. Windows bust. I stand up and my chair rolls away. I can't play Jinga anymore. Not funny anymore. And this Hamburgler guy is screwing it up more.

We were in the penthouse getting it ready for the next tenant. City life isn't for me but if it were I'd live there just fine π

Is this building still sinking? I'm sorry, but this is a disaster waiting to happen! They should let go of the repairs, accept the loss and demolish it, there's no solution, that could be trusted. This is a loss. No one is going to live there knowing the problem. You can't come back from this.. The tragic situation at Surfside, Florida. (Champlain Towers) should have everyone concerned. Don't be foolish.

The photos shown are pre-COVID, so it doesn't look the way it looks in the photos...but the food was great and the people serving were really kind and attentive.

I wouldn't buy there at any cost
It has already sunk 16"...watch 60 minutes they just did a segment on the building.
Have you read the final judgement on the lawsuit and repair Deborah!! Because if you haven't then you remain uninformed!! Leaning in engineering terminology is defined in that lawsuit which apparently you haven't read.
The tower is leaning quite a bit, residents want out but can't sell and they keep digging and building all around it so it is gonna be a huge tragedy one day
The settlements of the Tower are no condolidation setlements this is a slow plastic flow do to over stressing the san francisco old clay layer beyond its yield shear strength. This situation is difficult to stop because the saturated clay soils behaves like a plastic solid, they have ayield shear strength value and once this strength is overload the soil begins to deform under constant load.
It is safe to be close. Even in a moderate earthquake. Greetings from Sacramento.
I believe I have a poor translation of what you're trying to address I think you may be mistaken of the other Tower which is leaning this Tower is only had a few cracks in the windows but as far as I know there is no problem to address would you be more specific with your question
Huh?
The Millenium Tower and the Salesforce Transit Center are adjacent to each other.
It was a lot.
