This apartment is in bad condition my girlfriend passed away here at the apartment and since her death this apartment looks terrible the garbage area never gets clean and the owner is a slumlord

These apartments are very unprofessional and the corporate is to i paid $100 for the application fee and now that I didn’t want the apartment because it’s too high to move in they said it takes 2 weeks for me to receive my $100 refundable application fee and it’s been way over 3 weeks and I call everyday and the management says oh there working on the checking it should take 3-5 days to get it so I waited and still ain’t received nothing so I call back again and they always put me on hold and give me the same answer and now at this point I feel like they playing with my money and now when I call they don’t answer I don’t recommend these apartments to no one because there really unprofessional if you ask me

Ashbury Place is the worst place to live ever. They have roaches and send a person to come get them out but they end up still coming back. I broke my lease because I refuse to pay rent and live with roaches. I broke my lease and Meiko assured me she will re rent my property so I shouldn't have a that big of a balance. I received a letter in the mail saying I owe $1500 and they took my 400$ deposit and charged me for ridiculous stuff. Worst place to live and I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here.
