Yes and we currently offer a special to move your home into the community. We have several amenities such as pool, playgrounds and we host events for our residents and community. The office currently does not offer mobile homes for rent. However we do have several landlords that offer rentals at Regency MHP. You can always come to the office or call for current list of landlords that have homes available.
We are currently working on our short term rentals for Rv's, so that we soon will be able to allow them into the community.
All cable and internet has to be in Residents name. We don't offer WiFi.

Yes they rent. Not sure if they rent to own but I know my bf mom has lived there for over 30 yrs and she owns her trailer. Not sure if she moved it there or if she rented to own
They don't rent no more people tear their stuff up. And I do live here. You have to own your own place. They were renting places out and they was tearing them up
All of the homes are privately owned but there maybe some that owners rent out. You would have to check with the office to see if they know of any for rent
