I love it here. I've been here quite awhile. It's calm, quiet, not trashy. There are not roaches crawling on the outside of people's houses. Lot fee is $330 right now. There never seem to be many vacancies.

This is the nastiest place I've ever seen you can literally ride through there looking at the outside of the trailers and see roaches crawling all over the trailers so you know the insides of the trailers are infested with roaches ! Just the nastiest place became full riding through there because you will likely catch hitch hiking roaches and could possibly bring them back to your clean house
