The place is a dump, not well kept up and it seems like the management doesn't care. The trailers all look like they are condemned and really should be backhoed because of not being well maintained. Cringeworthy just driving into that place.

Worst place ever. It smells around here so much and the Landlord doesn’t fix anything. My water heater doesn’t work.. if the health department came to the mobile homes this place would be shut down!!!!

I know the manager there and he said one should be avaliable soon probably within the next week or 2. I believe its lot 6 going up for rent.
It varies from one trailer to another but I believe it runs from 500 to 800 per month. Don't know what terms on the lease or even if there is one.
Yes, but you can find better elsewhere. A friend just moved in there and it's not satisfactory to be polite.
