Yes, it has great rooms for receptions but you have to be a member or have a member reserve space in their name in order to use it.
https://www.thesavannahgolfclub.com/Club-Info You must be nominated by numerous people you are familiar with at the club. You will need a sponsor who will vouche for you. The club will then look over your application and has the last word as to whether you become a member or not. There are different levels: golf or just socially w/out golf. The cost monthly or yearly is not publicized. Your sponsor can help you more. I am not afiliated with this club.
