Yes they did and this park has cleaned itself up, different management, only ppl that complain are the ones that don't follow the rules

Currently we are at full occupancy on our rentals but we are always accepting applications. There is always something happening such as move outs or lease expirations so please come fill out an application. We do have units available for sale and RTO (rent to own). Please stop by to see available units.

No there are not any trailers to rent to own,actually they only let people bring their own mobile homes ,because they dont want to deal with so much repairs after people move out ,but they do have some trailers for rent ,I hope this answer can help you
