Love this trail! It's always so clean and people are friendly. Kept up well! I remember the days when Silver Comet Trail was a bit sketchy.... but no more!! It's wonderful!

Clean, calming, and a start to an adventure along the Silver comet trail is what you will find when you come to the Hiram Trail Head. Please be warned that the parking lot may be packed full of cars on a good summer day.

It's an entry point to the Silver Comet trail. There is a dog park, a small playground, and a couple picnic tables. The train is next to the trail and you can't do much with it but still worth a quick look, especially if you have little ones.
