It's an entry point to the Silver Comet trail. There is a dog park, a small playground, and a couple picnic tables. The train is next to the trail and you can't do much with it but still worth a quick look, especially if you have little ones.

Neither. This is just one of the entrances to the silver comet trail (a paved walking/biking trail...that used to be a railroad track before it was turned into a trail). I don't know what the pic of that train is but Its prob just a landmark
