This hotel was great everything was satisfactory but also wasn't the best hotel I've stayed at I'd say that I was comfortable staying here.

Stayed here while visiting family. Hiram doesn't have a large variety of hotels to choose from. Was not impressed especially for the price we paid for 1 room. Not the cleanest small hotel I have been in but not the worst. Staff was friendly. Rooms need some updates, shower looked dirty, the ceilings were not clean, had to hold the handle down to completely flush the toilet which I know seems silly to mention but we paid $200 a night and I booked in advance.

Worst part of the stay was the inadequate electric outlets. They were all so over used that anything plugged in would just fall out of the wall. Really should have been replaced a long time ago. Pool was an odd color and tv was pretty small. Really more of a 2 star hotel.

Hotel was clean. The huge problem I had was that we didn’t use housekeeping or eat the breakfast, paid $312 for two nights, and was told Sunday morning that they didn’t have towels clean. We had an event to go to at 7am and my family had no towels to shower. We were told at check in to come down to swap towels anytime. I was offered 4 hand towels for 4 people to bathe. Hotels should be more prepared. Although the hotel was clean I won’t stay here again. Just too costly to not be able to properly shower.
