Really like the Joint chiropractors offices ive been to so far. Offices are clean , variety of doctor to choose from . The monthly calenders are helpful it gives me the ability to plan my visits and go when the Dr. of your choice will be in. visit. No long wait time they get you in & out

We've had a great experience at the joint in Hiram. My son is an athlete and he had a lot of pain in his back from years of basketball and a rapid growth spurt. Everyone is extremely nice and always willing to go the extra mile. My son feels great and has so much more flexibility and range. Highly impressed and very happy. Would definitely recommend.

I would have given you a4 out of 5 stars because there are areas you need improvements. But I am giving 2 stars because of what happened and your response I am not happy with what I consider the bait and switch I went in and tried it and was told I needed to come back 6 more times. Ok next i went to pay and was told about your treatment plan $79 a month for 4 visits. Not bad, BUT if you sign up today you will get 2 extra treatments for your first month. I asked if I can cancel at any time and was told yes. Well I went in 3 more times and was told I had 3 more before the next month billing. I said I wanted to cancel that because I would have gotten my 6 treatments in and was THEN told I needed a minimum of 2 months before I could cancel. I was very clear that I asked if I could cancel at anytime and was told yes. The lady then said “I train them on the program and they wouldn’t have said that”. Well I said that was what I was told and I am not happy. Nothing was done like sorry our associate made a mistake or we will honor what was told you and retrain our associates. Even the flyer they showed me says nothing about a minimum. Which she admitted it did not. I left saying that I am very unhappy. Now that is what I am telling people I met and know.

The convenience of going to The Joint is just amazing! They are open 7 days a week. You are in and out in minutes AND they do amazing work!! I've only just started going and love it already. I'm should have done this a long time ago. ❤

You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
At The Joint Chiropractic, we aim to get you efficiently adjusted and back to your busy day. As a returning patient, your chiropractic adjustment will last approximately 5-10 minutes.
New patient experiences at The Joint Chiropractic should last approximately 20-30 minutes. This includes completing initial paperwork, a consultation, exam, and adjustment.

Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
