This store always has what I’m looking for (and more, considering the amount of money I’ve spent lol). There usually isn’t low stock on anything and staff is nice and helpful. Depending on the day and time, your wait in line can vary. I suck and am a last minute shopper, so I know there tends to be an influx in customers closer to closing, so just don’t wait until last minute to go in and you’re in and out in a jiffy!

I'm here right now trying to purchase a phone and have it activated. The girl helping me Kaitlyn is trying her hardest to help me and doing great, but she needs help. They are way too short staffed. This dude Randy walked over, told her she is messing up. She asked for his help, he said NO and walked away. In my opinion Randy should be fired. That was the epitome of terrible customer service and horrendous team work. Get rid of him please.

I went to Best Buy looking for a new laptop. I can't remember the name of the customer service associate that assisted me, however, she was wonderful. She looked up the laptop for me to ensure I was getting all the options I desired, as well as suggested I take pictures to ensure I was able to find the laptop I was interested in. I would definitely visit again. Thanks for a great experience.

Even on Christmas eve I got right in and out with an Xbox controller for my son. I wasn't sure it would work with all the darn different consoles and stuff. The employee was great. Would recommend this store. Be sure to check out my YouTube channel at thetourettestrucker

Some stores just have awful customer service and it's usually all the employees.. they are careless and obviously do not enjoy their job.
