Worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctors office. The doctor himself was nice enough, but every time I went in I would sit in the waiting room for a half hour, then in the patient room for even longer. Once I didn’t get seen for almost 2 hours and all the other patients and almost all of the staff had gone home - I heard them in the hall asking if someone was still waiting like they’d forgotten I was there! Apparently one of the doctors prescription pads had been stolen, but he insists on writing physical paper prescriptions. So you take the prescription to your pharmacy instead of them just calling it in - and then the pharmacy still has to call the office to verify the script because there’s an alert about the stolen prescription pad! So the visit where I wasn’t seen until after they were closed for the day (which was a Friday) I went to drop off my prescriptions and was told I couldn’t get them until Monday when their office opened again because they had to call! It was such a convoluted mess and I’ve never had so many hoops to jump through to get my medications! Not only that, but their front office staff messed up my insurance information on my first visit (second visit went through just fine with no changes from me - so it was clearly an error on their part) and they said I just “wasn’t covered for an establishing care appointment with a general physician”! Which is false. I contacted my insurance and they don’t even have a claim in the system (rejected or approved) for that appointment. And now this office is sending me a bill for over $200 for a two hour wait to get medications I was already taking! After months of phone calls with my insurance and contacting them on numerous occasions about the issue, they are STILL calling me every week and sending me threatening letters about the balance I owe (even though I was told they would resubmit and correct the claim - which my insurance says they still have not done). It’s been over 7 months since this appointment and it’s still not corrected. I can’t even put into words how much I do NOT recommend going to this office. Ever. One star is too many.

This place is one of the best offices I have ever been to. PA An, I know I’m not spelling that right, helped me today. She was so genuinely kind and caring. She made me feel comfortable and welcome both her and Juanita, made my day today.

Came to see Natalie and she was very sweet, professional and amazing! Understood our time gab and was good at getting us out in time. She didn't judge and instead showed emphay and respect. My husband and I will definitely return to her and the staff as well was thoughtful and respectful. Thank You Natalie and Staff!
