Beware of the scam! The sales person there, Wes, called and stated my account was eligible to receive a free smart watch. Also stated if I added my tablet in a bundle pack my bill would be reduced by $4 a month. My bill initially tripled. Here we are 4 months later, 6 plus hrs on phone with 4 differnt Att service reps, 4 trips back to the store and my final word from the store rep was "sorry it's out of my hands, nothing i can do about it!" I did get a couple different credits initially to attempt to correct it, however, 3 bills later, it's still wrong and over what he said it should be! Scammer, this will go up the ladder for sure!

Wes was excellent when it came to replacing my phone. When I went in and told him that my old phone went to the bottom of the Detroit Lake in Oregon he quickly pulled out a flip phone and converted it to my phone :-) Although the flip phone was not perfect for the three days that I waited for my new phone it was quite a convenience. They also assisted me in transferring all my data. Did an excellent job.
