Love love this peaceful park! Great run & walk park, great place to watch yhe sun come up or go down, has a restroom and playarea for kids, can fish the pond or grill on the posted grill...love this place!

No the water is gross but there are signs all over saying no swimming

No, except on free fishing days a couple days a year. Any park, river, etc requires a license.
