My experience has been alot better then a couple years ago. Really like Dr. Wahls. Listens and pays attention. Open to new ideas. He's very supportive and easy to contact. I think all Dr's are difficult to get appts with right now.

Had a great first experience there seeing Dr. Sundaresh for hypothyroidism related trouble. He was kind, professional, answered questions clearly, listened well, and took the time to point interesting things out to me during.

After waiting months for this appointment and multiple tests with abnormal results including a pre-diabetes result. I received a message from her stating to see my primary caregiver as she won't have any appointments until December. Very unprofessional and makes it seem like you are a waste of her time. They have a test in the mail for me that has been out of stock in every lab and they told me not to bother taking it and throw it away. What a waste of time and resources I suggest going through Steward Health if your insurance allows it. I have never had to wait longer than a week for a appointment through them. I will definitely be seeking a second opinion and would not recommend this dr if your health matters to you. UPDATE: After making a complaint to the U of U complaint department her message to me disappeared from the my chart app. So I would suggest taking a photo of all interactions, it will not let you screenshot due to privacy but you can use another device to capture the conversation. Also the Dr's name is Katie Kaput.

This office, which goes by the name of the Madsen Family Practice is a total waste of time. The staff is totally unprofessional and seems more interested in insurance coverage then the patients medical status. A call to clarify a bill received in excess of $220 was justified as the cost of a prescription being written and called into a pharmacy. Very hostile responses were received when questions were asked. Take a look at all reviews on line before booking an appointment!

Hygiene and preservation treatment plus expiration date, only known by specialist doctors. If you are in continuous contact with the items, I suggest putting on gloves even if they are those used to ink your hair, throw all that out of the reach of children
