It is only businesses and restraunt owners

can you buy bulk organic potatoes, carrots etc. I used to go downtown 30 years ago to a place by Kessimakis where restaurants bought their produce from. Is this the same one?

It's likely the same place, they definitely sell bulk potatoes as well as most other produce but I don't think they carry organic potatoes and I'm pretty sure they only cater to commercial accounts. It's a great place for produce.
