Easy to schedule appointment, staff friendly, helpful and interested, waiting area comfortable. Prior to current owner had free drinks and an assortment of snacks - now coffee and water - not a big deal but for non coffee drinkers there is water that you have to ask for. A windshield wiper blade is $30. Could not have been nicer.

Where do I start! Everyone was so friendly and helpful so early in the morning. While I was waiting for my car to be serviced, I mentioned I was trying to get to a doctors appointment in downtown Asheville. I had planned to take a city bus. They said we have Lyft available! Within 15 minutes, I was at the doctor’s office! I sent a text when finished and Lyft reappeared! The service advisor made sure I had everything I needed and explained about the possibility of needing an alignment. Amazing!!!

I think you would be better off getting work done by an independent shop.
I went on ebay, did a search on the serial number of my key fob for my car, found one for like $40 (instead of new for like $400). People end up with extra key fobs from wrecks etc. Good luck. I was thrilled to find one. And if it doesnt open your car, the service dept can make it match/work as long as its the same serial number. Make sure it works. I have one with a dead motherboard. I guess its the same if its a computerized key without the remote control fob. Look on ebay.

If you have bad credit the terms of the loan or lease are not going to be that good. I suggest finding a good used Subaru that you can buy for the cash the dealership will require for a down payment. Subarus are very well built, so you may be surprised how good an older Subaru still feels and drives.
