Never returned my call. Called several plumbers. All that came up on Google search. They either didn't show or never called back. Called Roto-Rooter and they came out the next day.

Still waiting for my estimate. Cleaning up buckets of sewer water every day and getting sick from it. And it seems now I'm out $500 and had a sewer line inspection for nothing if you're not going to help me.This is a serious health hazard in my home. It's been almost ten days and I am still waiting for the estimator to call. I just can't believe that this is happening to me. Update:: I ended up calling Berks Plumbing Specialists. They came the same day, diagnosed the problem, and in two days they did the work. I can't recommend them more. I'm still out the $500 that Losch charged me for basically nothing. What's the point of diagnosing the problem if you ghost your customer and don't fix it?
