I want to have a big shout out to this family of vets These people are so nice and polite This is my first time here with my 9year old bella yellow lab Who has a teared muscule Even tho my dog had an extra skin to get the blood work They were so paitent and loving towards my dog and usually i dont see what happens behind close doors I cant tell u how loving the enviroment was She got some cheese as a treat and had all the tests ran for her I had question after question answered and if one doesnt have the answer ..they look for someone who does..also they do have great selection of joint suoplements bones and more They are great and highly recommended Thanks for reading

Dr. Smith is awesome! She was so thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate while taking care of our almost 16 year old doggie, and she took the time to explain everything and answer any questions. Thank you Dr. Smith and Mountain Shadow!

I called this place with a severely Ill dog they turned me away. My family all takes there pets there but I guess my dog gets to die. I will never ever suggest this place to anyone. They couldn’t care less.

They do not examine your pet in front of you, they take your pet out and who know what they do!! We ended up having to put our Buddy down because TWICE we took him in after they pulled his teeth and they said nothing was wrong. Buddy was in pain and could not use his back legs!! We took him to another Vet and within 3 minutes of examining Buddy in front of us, they found a hole in his gum to his sinus!! Mt Shadow does not care about your pet!!! I do not recommend them and heard others saying the same!
