The mechanic was very honest, and honesty is a trait I am not used to experiencing with prior mechanics who think just because you're a woman you're stupid & know nothing regarding auto mechanics. I have been ripped off so many times, I can't even count how many. Joe is a great mechanic and I have so much trust in his abilities. I can finally feel at ease knowing that someone isn't just out to try & rip me off or make up a problem that does not exist just to line their pockets with my money. I am so grateful for finally being able to drop my vehicle off knowing that I will get it back without having to be excessively stressed out or ripped off. 👍💯
