I have a 2015 Impreza - my iPhone has been connected with bluetooth . It has recently lost it's connection. I have followed all instructions with no success. I had just added the Waze app. The problem began then. Who to ask for help?

I suggest you talk to Prestige, so much depends on the card installed software!
