Not pleased with sale prices. Not discounted enough to start. Excellent pant choices The dresses seem to be for younger people. They need to think more of their customers who are almost all over 35. Some tops too young looking.

Sat here waiting for my mother and watched the manager practically yell at an associate because of how she handled a customer. The associate was nice to the customer and she did go out of store policy just to change one thing (customer was one day late for return on clothing). Watched my mother walk out and give the manager a dirty look. 15 minutes sitting here it's been going on, and is still on going. The manager is starting to calm down but she still had an outburst infront if all the customers.

The customer service in this Talbots has always been excellent. Galena was so very helpful even though she had many customers to deal with. I haven’t found this kind of customer service in any other clothing store in the Asheville area. Apparently many other women felt the same way because Talbots was quite busy. The selection is great & the prices are reasonable. I had a very good experience.
