Your primary nurse should always be there to give her input on how things are going for you and drs appreciate this. Patients don’t always understood drs questions and forget a lot must of the time. Most are on pain killers and can’t always think clearly.

You cannot get medical records over the phone...HIPAA etc. You have to go in and you have to take ID. If you go to medical records they can give you what you need. Or your primary care doctor should have access to the results.

West Marion Community allowed 1 visitor, my wife, in the ED. They were very kind and understanding. They allowed 1 visitor at a time to visit my roon.

Your first problem is calling a paramedic a ambulance driver... fluid could damage your heart if you have congestive heart failure. Just saying.

There are no office visits, this is not an office, it's a hospital. If you're looking for a clinic you could call Heart of Florida. They are very inexpensive and give great service.

You can call each hospital social services (at each of the three hospitals) and ask if they would possibly tell you or if they would suggest another route. You can also check the Marion County Clerk because they have associations with many of the different Marion County department heads.
