Called them a few months back when my dryer was acting wonky, they informed me that it was in perfect working condition, charged me $125 service fee, they were there less than 10 minutes. Called them again a few weeks ago when my dryer would not turn on, they informed me that my dryer's timer mechanism needed to be replaced, charged me another $125 service fee, they were there less than 10 minutes. Yesterday, they arrived with the new timer mechanism and installed it, declared that the dryer is now in perfect working condition and left, they were there less than 10 minutes, cost me another $125 service fee and $20 for the part. The dryer died during the first cycle, it didn't even complete half the cycle. I called today to inform them and they were quite happy to come and look at the problem, for another $125 service fee. I explained that it was not going to pay again, as the problem was not fixed, they advised me that they can't fix it if I'm unwilling to pay, they were content with the knowledge that I was not satisfied with their performance. I would recommend that you try to find a company with knowledgeable technicians or buy a new unit, this company does not stand behind their work, they don't take the time to properly diagnose the problem and personally I don't believe they are trained on what to do. I've given them over $300 dollars, my dryer is still broken.
