I called prior to my visit and spoke with the receptionist to ensure the doctor would be able to assist my medical need. Paid out of pocket for the doctor to tell me he could not assist me.

A while ago, I was a patient's advocate when visiting on strict instructions from one of the patients primary doctors from where they moved from. " Reduce the dose asap." The patient had been acting dangerously impulsive and depressed after starting a new medicine. The visit was to reduce the dosage and evaluate. We were dismissed rudely, told i was the problem and offensively treated like i was some sort of abusive or abuser. The nurse practitioners diagnosis was not supervised by a licensed medical doctor. The nurse practitioner advised the patient to keep taking the dose even after mentioning not having much experience with the medicine at all. But, "she had seen enough to know the problem wasn't the medicine." Because the patient was depressed and crying. We left feeling very offended, dejected that the crisis would never stop. Thankfully the patients original doctor checked in the next day and was alarmed at the nurse practitioners attitude, ignorance and dangerous lack of supervision. The Doctor literally said " that is dangerous. Do not listen to that nurse practitioner". The Doctor immediately referred the patient to a local MD who requested the patient come in asap. You see, the dose the patient was on was so high the Doctors didn't understand how the patient had not suffered a life threatening response to it. How high? Over 10 times the max for the patients body weight. It causes *coma and multiple seizures at toxic doses.. frequently. Also, it causes severe emotional reactions in high doses. Because it is extremely potent. The actual DR. Put the patient on an emergency taper down with visits every two days and a call every day. It took a few months to safely take the patient off. Moreover, the patient reported feeling a ton better around a week in. The original doctor reported the original prescribing doctor to the medical board for reckless over prescription. Obviously, I would avoid this place until they get this alleged lack of management under control. This is why you supervise a nurse practitioner. The NP could have killed the patient or worse. Thank god we got more qualified help elsewhere.

Dismissive, callous physicians. Extraordinarily long wait taimes. Semi-predatory billing practices.

This is my first time ever at this doctor's office as a new patient I inform the young lady at the front door that I had some sinus congestion and a cough show the young lady the sinus medicine that I was taking I waited outside for over 30 minutes for them to come back and tell me they could not see me due to my sinus congestion quote on quote sinus congestion is not a sign of covid most doctors offices if they felt you had covid they would do a covid test on you but I've never been treated so poorly.. so yes I do have a very bad first impression of his doctor's office😭😭
