Poor service, they do not answer or return calls. I have an outdoor fire place, the guy used my parts to fix, then charged me $145, it didn’t work after he left. They eventually came back out and quoted me over $500 to replace the batter pack for the igniter- told me they would have to specifically order from a distributor down south. I found it online at Walmart for $25. They are incompetent, unethical and deceitful and I wholeheartedly caution anyone and everyone to avoid them like the Covid-19 virus!!

I need to purchase and have installed gas fireplace logs (30inch) to replace the current ones I have. I want vent free with a remote control. Can you provide this?
