I am a full time caregiver for my mom who has some health concerns and needs assistance from time to time. Recently I had a 10 day trip I had to go on and was immediately in need of respite care for my mom. We aren't in need of continuous care as I work remotely from home and help my mom every day so I only needed someone to help while I was gone. I was apprehensive as we'd used other companies in the past that couldn't accommodate our needs. Then I called Comfort Keepers in Ocala, FL. They understood my situation and immediately stepped up and helped, no questions asked. This is incredibly important to note, as the day I left for the trip, my mom had to be transported to the hospital. My worst nightmare came true. I was a nervous wreck, but ToniLynn at Comfort Keepers kept in constant contact with me, stepped up in my place asked what else she could do to help us through all the complications and obstacles...and was ALWAYS there when I phoned. I felt as though I had a family member that truly cared helping my mom and I in an absolute worst case scenario. My mom adored her caregiver Alyssa who was patient, kind, caring and 100% on point with what my mom needed without hovering. My mom loved knowing Alyssa was there looking out for her while also allowing her space for the independence she holds on to. It's a delicate balance and Alyssa nailed it! ~Thank you Alyssa!! Having gone through what we did, and having found the support I needed from Comfort Keepers, I will never use another home care company for my mom. They have a client forever in my mom and I and I wish I could give them ten stars! I cannot thank them enough for the flexibility, care, support and empathy they showed both my mom and I when we needed it most. And a HUGE thank you to ToniLynn - without your calm, kind words, care and support during our incredibly chaotic situation, I would've jumped on the first plane home. So thank you again, you are an amazing woman!!!

Comfort Keepers provided great support for my father and his companion. We started out with just companion care a few times a week. As my father's health deteriorated, we needed more support, and Comfort Keepers was able to quickly ramp up to provide around the clock care. Breyli and the rest of the team brought a personal touch to matching care givers to meet our needs. Comfort Keepers support and professionalism helped us through a very difficult time. We even received a hand written card after my father passed away. We highly recommend Comfort Keepers.
