After 2 months of waiting for them to deliver a dishwasher, still no call or email or anything. They've completely forgotten about me. I guess that's how they treat some of their customers. Screw you guys, I'll go to Lowe's!!!

Despite some setbacks due to supply chain issues, we were very pleased. Setzer's is pretty much the only place in Ocala for high-end appliances. They have a knowledgeable sales team; Chip was patient with our repeated calls inquiring about the delivery date of our washer and dryer. The delivery and install team was outstanding.

I bought a fridge and freezer from here about 6mo ago. They got me exactly what I wanted at a good price and had it delivered and installed. 6mo later the freezer has gone out, a quick call to Setzer's and they contacted the manufacturer for warranty repair and a local repair company for me who was able to come out the next day.
