I had bloodwork done while I was in the ER. The PA said the results were wonky (her words). I was told by admitting I would have access in a few hours to the portal. Nope never got an email. Am I surprised Nope.

You cannot get medical records over the phone...HIPAA etc. You have to go in and you have to take ID. If you go to medical records they can give you what you need. Or your primary care doctor should have access to the results.

MRMC is a good hospital and always has been. You must call medical records and follow their instructions usually using a Pin#

Unfortunately the hospital is understaffed. My doctor does surgery for 12 or more hours.
