If I could give no stars I would. My entire community has not received a paper for three days. If you call to report non delivery and press zero instead of 1 or 2 you get a "customer service" person in some other country who reads from a script and promises to escalate the issue (NOT). And yes, they charge you for "Special Issues" you don't want and can't choose not to get. PROMISES, PROMISES no action.

I thought I would be kind and get my parents a subscription delivered to their home. It would cost $8.00 plus tax to by it in the store but it cost $16.00 to have it delivered! Thanks but no thanks to delivery!

Hired the Daily Commerical to advertise a legal ad for my business and the next day my account I used to secure the payment was compromised. This is literally the first time using the card! I will contact the police because it's now my life mission to see who tried to buy $4.00 of clothing online.

U have to call the company
The man who delivers your paper says you are not in his route book. Which means you may need to update payment.. I realize you said you paid until spring but they have these special edition papers that cost more and may have eroded the money in your account (I'm not saying this is the case I'm just saying it's a possibility.) As I said before you need to email the circulation manager and she can get you through to the right people. We are just carriers.
