The man who delivers your paper says you are not in his route book. Which means you may need to update payment.. I realize you said you paid until spring but they have these special edition papers that cost more and may have eroded the money in your account (I'm not saying this is the case I'm just saying it's a possibility.) As I said before you need to email the circulation manager and she can get you through to the right people. We are just carriers.
