Lakeview Apartments are so quiet and peaceful, I love living here. I’ve been here for a year and I just renewed. Tish and Angela have been great communicators when it’s come to needing anything for my apartment, whether that’s maintenance or general questions. I would definitely recommend living here!

I’ve been here for a year and it’s been great!! Angela in leasing is always amazing with communication. Maintenance has been outstanding as well. Any orders I’ve put in gets done within 24 hours. The community is clean. I feel safe and protected. I recently renewed my lease. There was an increase on rent but I don’t mind because it’s worth me being safe and maintain living in a safe community. Dumpsters are picked up weekly so trash isn’t affecting the parking lot. I would definitely recommend. I have an updated apartment and I love it. It is so comfortable to live in. Overall a pleasant area. Thank you Lakeview.

If you can, avoid this place like the clap. I was there for two years and had two major floods, one took several days to get a plumber in for. By then, the water had reached almost to the living room. On top of that, the units are fairly small, but at $850 it was fine. But here’s the kicker! 30 days prior to renewing your lease, they hit you with a notice to vacate! And the only way you can stay is if they raise your rent to $975 since they want what they feel is the market rate, according to the office. I left. And got an apartment a few miles down the road that’s twice the size and actually had amenities and security and doesn’t have strippers and street walkers coming and going all night living four to a one bedroom like there were at Lakeview. Don’t do it to yourself. This ain’t it! As you see from the pictures, this broken step caused me to fall last fall after surgery. They said they had no plans to fix it until spring of 2022. This is an example of what you’re in for.
