We moved out October of village club canton last year and had to give them our move out notice 3 times because they kept losing it. Never did a walk through and had to just show up to hand them keys to which they told me they didn't know we were leaving. I had given them two hard copies and emailed it once to the property manager before this. Fast forward to may of this year and I get a notice on my credit that I never paid my last month's rent. These people never returned a phone call or answered an email when we moved out. I still have the emails to show this. Emails with me asking do we owe anything, do we need to do a walk through? No response to any of it. I was charged multiple late fees and a ding on my credit because my security deposit and last months rent didn't cover my final payment. Would have been nice to know any of this before they trashed my credit and charged me monthly late fees on something i didn't even know I owed. Multiple calls to corporate were never answered or returned. This place is a joke.

One star is way too much of a rating. I have never felt so disrespected in all my life. I paid my rent in full every month and got no service. The light fixtures were broken, the refrigerator was falling apart, the bathroom sink was leaking… maintenance was absolutely non-existent.. I have the emails, phone, calls, online requests to prove it. This place needs to be condemned! Still waiting on my security deposit after moving out 4 months ago.
